African-American Marriages

The marriage database includes marriages recorded from 1759 to 1939, the index includes the names of the groom, bride, place of birth, age, names of parents, parents birth locations, person performing ceremony, occupation of groom. The marriage register/index is housed in Fauquier’s Circuit Court Record Room.
