2/21: Spoke with and engaged a realtor. 2/24: Toured a property in Warrenton that meets administrative and archival file needs. AAHA Board of Directors approved that we make an offer. 2/28: AAHA has a ratified contract. 3/27-29: Initial packing period. 4/3: Tentative settlement date for Warrenton property.
