Permanant Home Settlement

Good morning and thank you to our many supporters,

Our AAHA team hopes this message finds you well.

Yesterday, April 3rd, we completed settlement for our permanent home at 135 Main Street, Warrenton, Va. 20186.

Our real estate agent and settlement officers expressed some of our own sentiments, "it was meant to be - everything has gone so smoothly." Angela and I received the keys just before 12 noon. Neighbors greeted us as they passed by, and one gentleman helped us unload my car of a few things that I transported. My husband made a surprise visit and brought us lunch.

Fauquier County officials welcomed and toured with us at 2 pm. Only one feature to complete and that is a plate over an area in the ceiling where an old smoke alarm had been. Smoke detectors were already purchased. One is to be placed in the kitchen and one at each exit door. Today, April 4th, Comcast and our IT team will work together to make certain we have what we need.

Furniture and files will be delivered starting Monday, April 7th.
